Most of you have been in full compliance with the use of trademarks registered in the United States Patent and Trademark Office to William S. Leigh. We appreciate your adherence to this legal requirement, and thank you for your cooperation.
As a reminder, the following trademarks are registered:

Zen Triggerpoint Anatomy®
Zen Bodytherapy®
and the Zentherapy® logo

These registered trademarks may be used only after permission is granted in writing by Mr. Leigh. The request for use may be made by telephone, but the user must have written permission-which can be quickly faxed to the user if permission is granted. Some of you have ongoing activities with Mr. Leigh, so you may have continuing permission to use the registered trademarks. You may want to check this out with him.
HOWEVER, IN ALL INSTANCES THE REGISTERED TRADEMARK SIGN ® SHOULD BE USED AS DEPICTED ABOVE.
